Service Center - Guaranteeing a Relevant Client Database

SPARK-Interfax is one of the first Russian reference and information systems for verifying counterparties and assessing risks associated with working with them. In Russia, 35,000 firms disappear every month, and over 1,000 companies go bankrupt. Arbitration awards are made against 100,000. Minimizing client risks is one of the main goals of a credit institution.

In the “Service Center” app for Innovation and Development Bank, we implemented web-based functionality that allows integrating SPARK-Interfax data into the Bank’s corporate systems and maintaining up-to-date client information. The system allows for promptly obtaining all necessary information upon new client registration and verifying attributes for any client group. A Bank employee can independently decide which received data about a client to accept and which to reject.
