At the event, IT Alliance demonstrated the use of innovative technologies in its mobile solutions to increase conversion rates and customer loyalty in retail chains. Along with examples of project implementations on the BPMOnline CRM platform, we demonstrated the capabilities of a mobile app and biometric customer recognition services and their integration with CRM.
This technology allows consultants to be interactively informed about a customer’s arrival in the sales area, as well as register new customers and assign consultants to service them. We use a service from VisionLabs for biometric recognition. This Russian company is one of the world leaders in facial recognition. We believe that biometric identification has a wide range of applications for retail and offers expanded functionality for our products.
