II International Forum "All Banking Automation 2015"

We believe the forum has become the key event of the year, bringing together in one place all the most advanced products, solutions, and services necessary for a modern bank to effectively conduct business and provide high-quality customer service. IT-Alliance is actively participating in the forum for the second time, showcasing new technological solutions and successful project implementation experience.

Over the course of two days, 90 presentations and practical case studies were presented, as well as six specialized discussions on the most important areas of banking automation, the usefulness and relevance of which were noted by the majority of participants. Sixty-five companies from Russia and other countries showcased their products and services at the exhibition.

In her presentation, IT-Alliance CEO Liana Gurgenian highlighted the importance of using portal and mobile solutions to enhance competitiveness and optimize business performance. She also shared her experience and the results of implementing the ITA::FORMS platform at Russia’s largest private bank (TOP-5). By implementing a single window and centralizing data entry and processing, the ITA::FORMS platform significantly expanded the application and technological capabilities of the core banking system. This enabled the bank to improve service quality and reduce staffing in some departments by up to 30%.

IT-Alliance also actively participated in specialized sections, presenting its implementation of the iCustomers business application for mobile devices. iCustomers is a key employee tool for supporting corporate customer service standards within the network of the world’s largest luxury retailer. This application is tightly integrated with the CRM system and also utilizes innovative biometric technologies for customer identification.
