  • October 16, 2014

The 1st International Forum “All Banking Automation 2014” was held in Moscow (Expocentre Fairgrounds) on October 15-16, 2014. Organized by the Association of Russian Banks and iFin Media, the Forum’s primary audience included heads of IT and business units at banks.

Forum participants discussed the most popular topics: front office automation, electronic and mobile banking, automated banking systems and integration solutions for banks, performance and risk management, CRM, and call centers. The four sections of the multi-stream conference addressed the impact of information technology on customer acquisition and the reduction of operating costs.

In her presentation, Liana Gurgenian, CEO of IT-Alnyas, described the ITA-FORMS solution—a portal technology for managing business processes and data across the bank’s branch network; implementing a single window for data entry and processing; and centralized document management. Examples of completed projects were presented to demonstrate how our approach helps the bank quickly implement structural and strategic business transformations and, most importantly, reduce operational and service costs.

Forum participants highly praised the potential of ITA-FORMS for use in large, multi-branch banks, where the application infrastructure consists of a large number of different systems and modules. The IT-Alnyas booth featured demonstrations of solutions and practical cases demonstrating the effectiveness of modern information technology in solving specific business problems. The ITA-FORMS solution generated considerable interest among Forum guests and participants.
