Participation in the Terrasoft Customer Forum

On May 30th, the largest event on CRM systems, sales, marketing, and service management took place. The forum focused on improving referral sales processes, creating emotional attachment with customers, developing a service strategy, and creating a customer experience management center within a call center.

Forum participants enjoyed 39 presentations from leading industry experts in four parallel tracks, a masterclass from marketing and sales guru Graham Smith, case studies on building a CRM strategy, and a roundtable discussion. An expo section was open to visitors throughout the day, where solution providers presented CRM, Service Desk, and Call Center systems, BI products, and SMM applications.

At the expo section, IT-Alliance presented the iCustomers solution – a mobile sales consultant implemented as a native iPad app.
