Credit Card Product Implementation Project in BPM`Online CRM

As part of the development and support of Credit Conveyor products, a project to implement the Credit Card product in BPM`Online CRM was implemented.

A process for issuing credit cards to individuals in BPM`Online CRM (from application to credit card issuance) was developed, as well as for setting a credit limit for a newly issued credit card.

To achieve this:

• A new business process for issuing credit cards was developed.
• Interfaces and standard logic of BPM`Online CRM were refined.
• The “Credit Limit and Credit Product Selector” solution was refined.
• Codeword encryption functionality was developed.
• Integration with the bank’s core banking system was completed.
