Project for the implementation and deployment of the "Pre-approved Offers and Top-up" product in BPM`Online CRM

As part of the development and support of Credit Conveyor products, a project was completed to implement the “Pre-approved Offers and Top-up” product in BPM`Online CRM.

A process for calculating and providing pre-approved offers for consumer loans and Top-ups to the Bank’s clients was developed. The new product was successfully integrated into the existing functionality used by Bank employees.

To achieve this:

• Functionality for loading and storing calculated data for pre-approved offers and the Top-up product in BPM`Online CRM was developed.
• Interfaces and standard logic for BPM`Online CRM were refined. - Developed functionality for searching and displaying data on pre-approved proposals and Top-up requests.
• New request review routes were developed and successfully implemented into existing functionality.
• Organized business process management in Camunda BPM.
