Project for the Development of Tools for Calculating the Debt Burden Index (DBI) in Accordance with Central Bank of the Russian Federation Standard 4892-U

The solution was implemented on the ITA::Forms platform. The main objective was to implement the functionality in a separate module, ensure data collection and storage, and enable the use of the indicator in reporting. The module allows for DBI calculations with each loan application decision (card limit) and during loan management (card limit).

Also:

• Manual adjustment of indicators is supported. This allows for adjustments to already calculated DBI values ​​in the BPM`Online CRM, as well as DBI values ​​obtained from third-party systems. The DBI for the same instance is then recalculated. - The ability to store the following reference information necessary for calculating the actual DTI is now available:
• Module references by product,
• Average market values ​​of the DTI,
• Current average rates by product,
• Regions,
• Per capita income by region,
• Weighted average mortgage rates.
